What are Community Groups?
Community Groups are small groups that meet regularly to build relationships, grow spiritually and have fun. Groups are available for adults of all ages, any stage of life or spiritual level and are generally grouped by age and geographical location with sermon based discussions.
Why should I be in a Community Group?
Community Groups allow people to develop friendships and build a stronger relationship with God. Participating in a Community Group will bring friends together and foster spiritual growth.
What kinds of Community Groups are there?
Community Groups are comprised of 6–8 couples or 12–16 individuals who will meet bi-weekly during the Spring & Fall months for 12 week sessions each year. Since we do not encourage “group-hopping”, these time-frames will allow you to begin to develop more intimate relationships with other TCC members.
When, where and how often do Community Groups meet?
TCC Community Groups meet bi-weekly on Sunday evenings at a host home for a 12 week session in the Spring & Fall months.
How long does each meeting last?
Each meeting lasts approximately an hour and a half to two hours.
How do I join a Community Group?
TCC has three ways to join a Community Group:
-
Start a new group by applying to become a leader.
-
Through a personal invitation from an existing Group leader.
-
By submitting your information to join an existing Community Group.
